Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the following instructions. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.
2. Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (B A Media Group FZE LLC, Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, email: contact@bamg.ae) of your decision by an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter or email). You may use the model form below, though it is not mandatory.
3. Withdrawal period
To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
4. Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days, using the same means of payment you used, unless expressly agreed otherwise; no fees are charged for this reimbursement.
5. Early expiry (digital services)
For a contract for the provision of services, the right of withdrawal expires if we have fully performed the service and began performance after you gave your express consent and confirmed your knowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal upon full performance. As API credits are made available immediately, you expressly request immediate commencement and confirm this consequence upon full performance.
